The story of Unic Pro is one of continual growth, innovation, and exceptional dedication to service quality and customer satisfaction. Founded in 2008, the company quickly established itself as a rising corporation in the cleaning and maintenance industry.

In the following year, 2009, Unic Pro had already secured 5 significant accounts in Worcester County, showcasing its market potential from an early stage. By 2010, the company reached an important milestone when Lilian Radke took over as the sole owner, bringing a focused and strategic vision to the business.

The year 2011 saw exponential growth, with the company expanding its business by an impressive 40%. It wasn't long before Unic Pro broadened its geographical reach, beginning to provide services in Western MA and RI in 2015.

Another pivotal year was 2016, with the company serving over 100 clients and being responsible for cleaning over 2 million square feet per day. In 2017, Unic Pro not only increased its portfolio to 120 accounts but also extended its operations into New Hampshire.

2018 was particularly rewarding as the company was recognized as the "SBA Small Women-Owned Business of the Year". However, it was in 2019 that Unic Pro truly shined, accumulating multiple awards and recognitions. Lilian Radke was honored with the "WBE Start 2019" by the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and also received the "C12 Member of the Year Award". The company was also nominated by the Better Business Bureau for the awards for "Best Commitment to Customers, Employees, and Community". Furthermore, 2019 was the year Unic Pro extended its operations to Florida.

Arriving at 2020, the company continued its upward trajectory by being named one of the "Top 150 Largest Employers of Central Mass" by WBJ, maintaining 160 accounts and expanding its services to cover all of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Florida.

It is with great pride that we announce that, going forward, Unic Pro is under new management, ready to build upon this rich history and venture into new and exciting opportunities.

Beatriz Ramos has been the company Director of Operations since 2013 and Leia Caminhas has been the Office Manager since 2012. Their contributions have been paramount for Unicpro’s growth and development. In 2019 when the company extended to Florida, Beatriz and Leia became responsible for the New England area. Four years later when Lilian decided to sell the New England part of the Company, it was almost a natural decision for them to buy it. On June 27, 2023, the documents were signed, and it was announced to all employees who approved and supported the change of ownership facilitating the transition as they were already running the company.
