Post-Construction

The standard service benchmark for cleaning sites which have recently been constructed, or have undergone renovation or remodeling. These may be customized to fit the customer’s needs as required.

  • The removal of sawdust, dirt and debris from the construction process. This includes the ceiling, window sills and frames, inside cabinets, and covering the bathroom and lighting fixtures.

  • Residue removal is often required as a result of the byproducts used in the construction process. This can be a technical process requiring specific agents for specific pollutants. Glue and paint, for example each require a specialized chemical formulation to successfully remove from surfaces.

  • We provide complete floor care for VCT, LVT, Ceramic, Epoxy, Hardwood, Cement, and Rubber Vinyl Floors. Each type of floor requires its own specific method of handling. Vinyl Composition Tile services (VCT) for example, involves the stripping, scrubbing, recoating and burnishing of a surface to maintain the floor's shine and durability. Rubber Vinyl Floors, used on stairways and commonly in gyms, require a unique cleaning approach that includes a specialized wax sealer.

  • Superior commercial carpet cleaning services that use the latest technology and equipment. Steam cleaning, also known as the hot water extraction method, is one of the most popular methods of cleaning. This is the best technique available today and recommended by all carpet manufacturers. We begin by vacuuming, which removes roughly 80% of dry particle matter. After spot treatment and preconditioning, a carpet cleaner is applied to agitate and extract soil. A speed-dry process then moves air through the freshly cleaned fibers while a final grooming is performed to create uniformity and improve the overall appearance.

  • Includes the complete cleaning and sanitation of bathrooms, garbage collection, sweeping, vacuuming & washing floors, dusting, mirrors and spot cleaning of windows (External window cleaning options are available). Evening servicing offered to accommodate the client’s business hours in order to avoid disruption.
